Yes! Christian is not my favorite name, because it reminds me of my second cousin (ugg...) but besides that, it's very nice. Caroline is pretty, and Carolina is definitely catching up to it! Charlotte, the french form, is definitely stunning & would go well with Christian, especially with the nickname Lottie. You might even consider Caralina, Carolie, Coralie, or Carlotta. The nn Carley/Carlie/etc. could go with any of these, although it's getting a bit worn out.
