Mary would have to be my favorite out of those because the associations with the Blessed Virgin Mary make it sound gentle and caring to me.
Maya (spelled Maia) is my second favorite. I didn't like it at first because it sounded off to me, but I met a Maia who is very friendly and cheerful and now I like it.
Sophia is pretty, but it is so obviously pretty that it has become a name that is used when people want a pretty name without the effort.
I know that your name is Lily, but that names has never done anything for me.

Lily isn't my real name :P It's along time favorite so I chose it as my user name.
