[Opinions] Circe?
I'm sure it's been brought up before. but I recently added it to my PNL and I'm really starting to like it.what do you think of it?

I don't mind the name, but I don't like the character. I don't think it's a great association.

It's not so bad. I just don't like the association with The Odyssey with the sorceress turning people into pigs. I would pronounce it SIR-see. If I were to use it, it would be a definite GP.

I'm studying Homer's Odyssey and Circe was a sorceress who turned Odysseus' men into pigs. In our class we pronounce it a bit like SURS.

I like the way it sounds and the way it looks. I like how round it is.That being said, there's also something about it that makes me not want to like it. Very puzzling.

Circe is lovely in sound, however the spelling doesn't really have punch. I still like it though.Circe Amelia

I love Circe (and Kirke). I pronounce it either SUR-see or SEER-see. It's so strong and feminine. I would love to meet a woman named Circe.

Once I get past the "circus" association, I really like it. The meaning is awesome, and I love the sound, too. I just may have to add this one to my PNL, too!
