Genevieve sounds too superficial for me.
I like Penelope. It's sweet.
Frencesca? Do you mean Francesca, with an a? Francesco and Francesca are family names for me and I really love them. They are very smooth and melodic and can be youthful while still being mature.

I've seen it spelled Frencesca, I like it better.
