I would never use it, but I do think it's sweet (I feel about it the same way as I do with Cooper-love it, but would never use it!)

My mom uses it at her job (she's a nurse in a hospital.)

It's also mentioned in Legally Blonde, if I remember correctly.

It's not common here (Washington State), but I've heard it before.
