I don't like twins with to matchy names, but a subtle theme is nice. I like Ignatius & Blaise.

I'm not very good at this, but how about:

Raphael and Gabriela (after the angels)
Ophelia / Cordelia & Iago (Shakespeare)
Felix & Hillary / Ilaria (meaning)
Isla & Ignatius (same initials)
