I don't know if this has been mentioned, but you have a lot of Shakespearean names here, and I think that's enough of a connection for there to be a subtle matchiness between any of them:
Fabian, Hector, Iago, or Oliver (Conrad and Vincent could arguably be added to this list as well, for Conrade and Vincntio) / Cordelia, Olivia, or Ophelia
I adore Hector and Cordelia, so that would be my favorite pairing here, but Fabian and Olivia would also be a good one to consider, given that both characters are from
The Twelfth Night.
Some other ideas:
Victor & Regina: Maybe this is a bit of a stretch, but it seems to me that victory and queenliness are rather compatible themes. Also, both names seem to have Latin origins.
Dashiell & Antonia: I connect both of these names very strongly to literature; for me their strongest associations are in Dashiell Hammett and
My Antonia by Willa Cather, respectively.
Ophelia & Raphael: Almost certainly a stretch, but they both have 'ph' in them, which isn't too common of a sight.
There are a lot of names here with similar origins; I'm sure you could find several complimentary pairs that way, too. All of your names are lovely (as well as your B/B and G/G pairings), so I'm sure you'll come up with something wonderful. Good luck! :)
