I wouldn't change combos just because I have twins/triplets. So my top combos right now are:Emeric Sven; Theodora Louise; Liese Gabrielle

Yeah same here, otherwise you're naming them just because it sounds cute. I'm a twin myself and have heard some scary stuff on other twins/triplets.
