I dislike it. It sounds very frilly and more like a dog's name. Like Fifi, Gigi, or Kiki. I can't really take it seriously, sorry.

It's fine for a small, yappy dog, but not a human. Just imagine the teasing a girl named Coco would endure. I forsee a future of "Hot Coco(a)" jibes.
