I love George. Like you, its mixture of stateliness and goofiness is irresistable. It is at once a king and the old guy next door who tells you to get off his lawn. Geordie is a neat nn. I love George Francis. Great combo. My personal favorite is George Emeric.

Ooh, George Emeric is great! Heh... old guy next door. :) I was thinking it's also the name of some big oaf sort of guy... brainless but very sweet. :)

Sort of an "Of Mice and Men" character, huh? Except George was the smart one and Lenny was the big oaf.
