[Opinions] Leah and Lia
Leah or Lea has been growing on me recently, though generally I prefer longer, more ornate names. The issue I have with it is of pronounciation, I'm aware in English it's pronounced Lee-ah, but in my own language (Italian) it's pronounced Leh-a with an open "eh" sound as is in bet and actually Lea would be female form of Leo, whereas the biblical name is Lia (pron. Lee-a). Which is better? Lea(h) or Lia? In what pronounciation? I've also been toying with Liat, but I'm a bit bugged by the meaning, which I find weird.
