OK, everyone will make a family. There will be a DH, DW, and as many kids as you want. Then, you would descrbe a house that the family lives in. Finally, give a breif discription of the family. In later rounds, [there may be up to three, but participation is optional] "people" in the town can "meet" others. I will post the friendships and such. In the end, it should look something like...
DH: Jake Mason - 37
DW: Marie Lily - 35
DD: Holly Jane - 3
DD: Morgan Isabelle - 1

house- 3 bedroom victorian, blue with white trim

Jake and Marie are both teachers, and have two daughters. Holly loves "reading" and coloring pictures. They just moved in.
