Aaliyah is my absolute favorite. Made popular by the singer, no doubt, but I don't hate it for that (as some people might).
I love Aisha, even though it's been made slightly "ghetto". Hell, I even like the bootleg spelling (Iesha). =P
I also love:
Fatima
Khadija
Manar
Farah
Iman
Jamillah
Laila
Malak
Rashida
Noor
Salma
Sana'
Zahra'
Nashira
Adhara
Naima
... I would use some of these, as well. I think they can translate.
