Victoria is only one of the most beautiful, flowing names out there. And mind you, as the mother of a dd named Victoria, I'm not biased one bit. ;-)
I don't see Victoria as stuck up at all. I don't picture a frumpy, aging queen who never smiles. I think of Victoria, the Roman goddess of victory. It's definitely classic and mature to me yet it has a light feeling at the same time.
Of the four names you listed, I only really care for Madeleine. Your names are also classics and there's certainly nothing wrong with them. Still, I'm a sucker for a feminine name that ends in a or na or ra, or sa, etc. You get the idea ... . I just always gravitate to those.
