[Facts] Liisbeta
Anyone have info on the name Liisbeta?

I'd say Dutch (maybe there is a variant of Lijsbeta that is spelled with two i's, in Holland).
It's not Finnish, that's for sure. Finnish variants of Elizabeth do include Liisa and Eliisa; Lisbet and even Lispetti have been used, but Liisbeta is totally non-Finnish.

Sounds either Dutch or Swedish to me. Definitely Scandinavian (well duh...). Lisbeth is more Swedish, so I'd say that's probably Dutch. I'll have to try and see if I can find it anywhere.
