Corina was pessimistic about her relationship with Bluebell ever working out, but a few months after they started dating, she told her the full story of her experiences with the cult and her family. Bluebell and her parents were amazingly supportive, and soon Corina was able to take her kids and move in to Bluebell’s parents’ house. Bluebell now works as a social worker. Corina has transferred to a four-year college and works part-time as a waitress. Bluebell’s parents are retired and help out a lot with the kids.
She recently heard some very good news – the cult is now disbanded, and Zion, David, and Benjy are in prison for a very long time. To celebrate, she decided to change her LN and that of her kids. She’s doing an “Angelina Jolie” – replacing her LN with her MN, so she goes by Corina Skye. She’d like to add a MN that is an adjective not usually used as a name (i.e. no Lacy, Scarlet, what have you).
Janelle never finished school, but she’s very good with children, and word got around among a few of her more posh babysitting clients. A year ago, she was hired by Fortune 500 CEO Stuart Hawes as a full-time nanny for his two children. They soon started sleeping together. Thinking she couldn’t get pregnant, Janelle didn’t use any protection. It turns out her “infertility” must have been David’s problem; she was pregnant within a month of starting her relationship with Stuart – with twins, no less. Stuart has given her a large sum of “hush money” to leave the job without revealing the father of her kids.
Janelle wants her kids to have kre8tyv FNs and MNs. She also wants their names to somehow honor her mom and stepdad, Katherine Brett and Charles Gareth.
