Delaney is a surname, but it's also considered an acceptable first name in English-speaking countries. At least one poster here has a daughter named Delaney.
Bellatrix is in the US, and could just as easily say "poor girl" to any of your interesting Czech suggestions! Criticising another culture's naming practises isn't exactly cool, fyi :)
