Like, Love or Not for one of Zola's daughters?

What do you think of Miranda for Cordelia's mom?

Is Zola a mermaid? If so, naming her dd Marene (= marine) is too obvious. You can do much better.

Miranda and Cordelia are great.

How would you be pronouncing Marene?

Miranda is slightly nicer than Marene but I still don't like it.
