Finbarr is a great name, I think, and much less popular than other "Finn" names. I also love Linnea, and don't think most people would have trouble with it. If the girl lived in America though, the accent would be constantly left off on her forms, bills, etc. IMO, Fernanda sounds like it's missing the "din" part, which makes it seem a little awkward. The nn Fern is just nms.
