Umm... I hate the season Winter, so to me the name reminds me of bitter, freezing, cold, and harsh, but if you say it with the middle name Rose, it kinda changes it, so it feels a little warm. But in order for everyone to know it was supposed to be said together, you'd have to hyphenate it, and make it Winter-Rose instead of Winter Rose.

But that's just if they're reading it. if she introdces herself as Winter Rose, then that's different.
