I agree - Katya or Katja seem to be the best choices. Katia is also nice, but I also think that it would be likely to received a more Anglicized pronunciation...KA-sha even...although I know it shouldn't. AT least ppl would be more likely to ask how it is pronounced than to just mispronounce it as I think they would with Katia
