I really like Ilya and it sounds fine with either middle name. I'm slightly in favor of Pyotr.

Oddly enough, since I've never liked Elias or anything of the sort.
I think Ilya Pyotr is quite nice, but you can also pair it with a non-russian name. I think Ilya Innocent or Ilya Gregory is quite neat, though.

I kind of like Ilya, but it's not something I would use myself. I prefer Ilya Pyotr to Ilya Modest.
