I like Lilia Miriam and Lilia Catherine. I think Lilia is pretty. I didn't know it was in The Ten Commandments. Now, I want to watch it to see if I find it in there. LOL. They might call her Lily, but for the most part, I think they'd just call her Lilia. I don't see any pronounciation troubles. I'd say it the way you said it. I don't forsee any confusion. (LOL, excuse my spelling).

It's the one from 1956. The name is even mentioned in the opening credits, and the character had quite a big part, as far as I can remember.
