This is probably a respelling of Mignon, a name which was created from the French word for "cute" or "dainty" but which is not used as a name in France. It first occurs in the novel Wilhelm Meister by the German writer Johann Goethe.

It might be a tortured form of "mignonne", meaning cute.

The French word for "cute" is "jolie". I've never heard the word Meyone, it may be Cajun Frech perhaps?
