Shealyn is ridiculously over-feminine and feels like a made-up girl's name. I'm sorry, but that just doesn't work on a boy.
Shea, however, has a lot of punch to it and I know one girl and one boy named Shea. They both pull it off great, and the male Shea is a pretty popular athletic guy. I like it a lot on either sex.
