[Opinions] Julia?
I don't usually watch hallmark movies, but I just finished watching 'follow the stars home' and one of the little girls name in the movie is Julia. I've always liked it.
Wdyt?
Is it dated? or would you consider it timeless?
Also, which girls set do you prefer:
Isabel & Sofia OR Isabel & Julia?
Thanks. :)

I love Julia and I have always considered it to be a timeless name. I still like Isabel and Sofia a bit better.
Julia has grown on me so much! It helps that a friend of mine has a little girl about my DD's age called Julia. And another parents at my kids school is pregnant with another little Julia.
I definitely do not think it is dated, it's really lovely. It is a timeless name that ages well.
Isabel and Sofia seem to fit very well, though I prefer Julia atm because I've just been over exposed to Sofia as of late.

I think it's classic and quite lovely. I much prefer it over Julie.
Very difficult. I love both Sofia and Julia, but Isabel doesn't do much for me, and furthermore, it's overly popular.
If you're set on Isabel, I think I'd choose Julia, just because it's less popular than Sofia at the moment.

Isabel is my daughters name, so it's set. ;)
I have a niece named Julia, it's ok.
Julia is a lovely name. I don't find it dated.
Isabel & Sofia and Isabel & Julia are both nice sibsets, but Isabel & Julia is less predictable. I hear Isabel & Sofia used for sisters fairly often these days. While Sofia is a beautiful name, it's also very popular. If you name your daughter Julia rather than Isabel, she'll be less likely to share her name with classmates.

I think it's timeless, a beautiful, ancient name. I much prefer Isabel and Julia over Isabel and Sofia.
I think it's timeless. I had a great-aunt named Julia who was born in 1900. Although Julia itself was eclipsed by its French form Julie later in the century, they're different forms of the same name, and Julia or Julie has been consistently popular for a long time. I think it's a very beautiful name. I prefer Julia to Julie. My great-aunt was always called Jule, which I think kind of ruins it. I prefer Isabel and Julia.
