Kate is right. The Y is pronounced like the French U (like the ue in rue) and the German Ü. The E is pronounced like the E in Eric.

I'm not Danish, but I assume Lykke would be pronounced LUY-kə. (I believe the y is pronounced like French ue or German ü.)
