That is one of those love at first sight sorts of names for me. I've always thought it sounded elegant and handsome. It's also one of those that I would gush over if I ever actually heard it in person.

at first I read Donation. I think it's interesting I prefer Donatello myself.

Its ok. It would make a nice mn.

I like it! Esp. for a character. The only problem is that if you think about it for too long it starts to look like the word 'donation'.

I love it, too, but I'd have a hard time using it because basically the only person I've yet heard of with this name is the Marquis de Sade.

It's wonderfully elegant.
