Well, at first glance I would assume they were similar to Mabel, so may-BEL-lah or may-BELL. But it could possibly be mah-BEL-lah or mah-BELL. NMS, either way. :(

I would say "muh-BELL-uh" or "muh-BELL" or maybe "MAY-bull" or "may-BELL"

May-bella and May-bul.

mah-BELL-ah or mah-BELLE.

Mabella = muh-BELL-uh
Mabelle = MAE-bell
