[Facts] Shoaleh?
I have a female friend named Shoaleh. American born, Israeli parents. I can conclude that it is Hebrew. She is not sure what it means. Best meaning we can come up with is 'storm' (from 'shoah'.) Any other information would be appreciated.TIAJoe
