This is the name of a young woman featured on the t.v. programme "What Not To Wear". (U.S. version).
You'd wonder why anyone would name their child this!

I think I might have seen that one a while ago...
At first it's intriguing because it appears to be a feminized version of Yuri, which is sort of cool. But then you realize it sounds like "urine," and that's not cool...at all.
