I say hwah-KEEN as in Spanish.
I say, "wah-KEEN," as in the San Joaquin Valley in California.
I used to say zhok-wynn. Which is totally wrong. Now I say wah-keen.
I say wah-KEEN
Joaquin's not really my style, but it's fine for someone else's child.
Also, please be careful about your ellipses and periods: they don't like being together like that. Remember, ellipses are only a sib sets of three periods. OK? :-)

We pronounce it like 'hwah KEEN'. I LOVE this name in Spanish :)
I have only heard it pronounced Wah-keen. I grew up with a Joaquin in California and this is how he pronounced it.
Yes, I did mean Joaquin, sorry for the typo
I think you mean Joaquin. It's kinda like zho keen, if that makes any sense to you. Not really sure how to desbribe it.

Do you mean Joaquin? If so, it's pronounced wah-KEEN.

wah-keen? Does prn change depending on location maybe? I've never heard it pronounced that way. I've also been surprised to hear other people on hear prn names differently than was is generally accepted where I'm at. Like Marisol, some people say mare uh sol instead of pronouncing the Mari- part like Mary.

It's wah-keen here in New York, but I know that doesn't follow everywhere... Plus, it's not a name you hear very often anyway.
