Just about any name that begins with a CO, like Cornelia and Coralie or Constanza. But my favorite is Chocolate! =)

Reminds me of how they sometimes call Conan O'Brien "Coco" on the Tonight Show. He doesn't like it too much though.

I like the idea of Coco as a nickname for Cordelia.

You could use Coco as a nickname for any hard 'C' name really, in my opinion.
