Ms Baker and Napoleon's famous love eclipse the variants Josephina / Josefina in my mind. It's a shame, because the "-a" variants are quite pretty in their own right.

Josefina is taking root in my heart so that's what I'll use to try to find a combo for you:

Liv Josefina
Cecily Josefina
Pearl Josefina
Astrid Josefina
Ivy Josefina
Charlotte Josefina (very old world charm-y)
Ruby Josefina
Adele Josefina
Clare Josefina
Nora Josefina
Glynis Josefina
Isla Josefina
Aurelia Josefina (very grand she is)

Feel free to substitute Josephina in any of these. Could you see yourself using any of them? Thanks.

ETA: P.S. What do you think of Josepha ("jo-SEFF-uh"). To me she's an elegant variant that rarely finds the light of day.

I can only see myself using Iris Josefina on my own daughter. And maybe Cecily Josefina but using Cecile instead.

However I do really like:

Edit: Forgot the last part, I like Josepha, but it looks so much like Joseph which I also really like but it makes it so much more masculine. I think in the right combo though, it could be very beautiful
