Catherine is my full name, and I love it. I much prefer the "C" spelling, but then again I prefer most names with a C rather than a K (Cristina vs. Kristina, Caitlin vs. Kaitlyn, Cara vs. Kara). I would only use Katherine if I were going to use the nn Kate or Katie. Kathryn is my least favorite spelling.
