I think it is a bit much to be honest. Are two mns necessary? I think Amandine Dahlia is nice. I'd try a shorter second mn if that is something you are vying for.

Love Amandine! I think Amandine Dahlia is gorgeous, but Josephine does nothing in this combo, but create a comical rhyming pattern with Amandine.

I agree with you: Amandine Dahlia sounds lovely.
Another name ending in -ine is just too much.
If you want a variant of Josephine, how about Josette, Josiane, Josianne?

The combo is a little too frilly, but mostly it's too rhymey. Amandine Josephine Dahlia would sound better.
