I think the syllables have pretty equal stress in French. I'd stress the first syllable, it would be difficult to stress the last syllable in English I think.

I pronounce it ah-lee-AY-nor, except the 'ay' isn't really 'ay', but in English I think that's the closest it can get to that sound (the French é).
