I don't recall stating that it is nearly a crime or commenting on how the parents should be treated in any way other than to say that I completely disagree with the line of thinking, which in no way implies the sort of punishment or reaction you state here. And I assume that the "why" question is rhetorical since we do a pretty good job of explaining that it is less to do with names that "go well together" as it is with the implication brought on by names like "Hannah and Anna" that parents view the two separate children as two halves of one whole.
It is extremely irritating when a poster rags on other posters' opinions while playing the "it is a personal decision" or "just my opinion" card. Obviously! And we just gave ours, same as you're doing now.
