Acacia is pronounced ah-kah-KEY-ah
Amarante is pronounced ah-MAH-ran-dee
These are pretty "religous" names, and one would be be more likely to encounter them in a monastery. I really have not met or heard of anyone with these names, although they very well may still me used on occasion. The male version of Acacia, Akakios, is sometimes encountered. An example is the Greek-Georgian Olympic weightlifting medalist Akakios "Kachi" Kachiasvili.
