Oh, Jonquil! A name I've always liked. It's also definitely the best of the three botanical alternatives. And I do see it as more of a feminine name, even if I know it's used for both sexes.
However, I don't care much for Seraphine or Mae, and I think the combo with three names is a tad too heavy, especially so when following a slightly unusual first name.
How about
Jonquil Serena
Jonquil Seren
Jonquil May
Jonquil Mae
