Definitely Juliet, I love it. I prefer Juliana over Julianna and I agree with you: Julia is overused.
How about Julie? I think it's charming and ready for a comeback.
Julianne, Jewel, Julissa, Julietta, Julian (this was used for girls in the Middle Ages) and Julina also come to mind.
