Elena - I say El-ay-nuh but the two people I know who have this name both pronounce it Ellen-uh
Alena? - never met anyone called this but i'd say Al-ay-nuh
Aline? - a friend's sister is called this and she pronounces it A-leen.
Lena? - i say Len-uh or Lay-nuh
