Noa is a girls name to me, and Noah is a boy. Noah on a girl is just horrible. It's like naming a girl John.
But anyway. Noa on a girl is nice. It's sweet but yet strong enough to work on a grown up.

Noah was a girl in the bible. One of the first girls who was ever allowed to inherit from her father. Whether you spell it Noah or Noa doesn't matter as it gets translated from Hebrew by sound. However in Hebrew it's written with the same final character as Hannah and Sarah so spelling it with an H for a girl makes sense. By the way, it has a complete different spelling and meaning (in Hebrew) than the male Noah.
