I like it, and Sarah Philippa is very nice. I have a friend called Philippa who's usually known as Flip, and my cousin has it as a middle name, as her father is Philip. There was also someone on the German side of my family called Philippina - I'm guessing that's not common in Germany now?

Philippa has always been in use but it has never been common. Philippina is so rare over here that I have never heard of anyone with that name but there obviously is at least one Philippina ;)
I have heard of Flip as a NN for Philippa on a German TV show and thought it was quite nice.
