[Opinions] Theo pronounced TAY-o.
WDYTO Theo pronounced TAY-o, the Dutch way? THEE-o's nice, but to me, it's getting just a bit boring.

I've always loved it pronounced Tay-o. But here (Canada) you'd always have to be correcting people's pronunciation.
In English it comes off as pretentious. I'd just spell it Teo.
I prefer the English pronunciation. My future daughter Theodora's nickname! :-D
Theodora is a very lovely name. :)

I like it! we had a french exchange student named Theo pronounced TAY-o
I think its cool.
I think its cool.
I really like it too. Very exotic! Might be a bit annoying to have to specify "it's TAY-oh" over "THEE-oh" every time, but, oh well. I find the French Théo very handsome as well. Ooh-la-la.
