I'd definitely pronounce it "TAY oh", but my mind automatically defaults to Spanish phonetics right now. I also pronounce Leo like "LAY oh" right now too, because the Leos I've met are all Spanish or South American.
I do like Leo as "LEE oh", but Teo as "TEE oh" seems kind of strange to me (I think because 'tío' (tee oh) in Spain is used like, 800 times a day as "dude/buddy/man"). I much prefer Theo myself.
