Gwendolen is a long time favorite of mine. It has a very mystical and whimsical feel and look to it.
The spelling Gwendolen looks much nicer, imo. Plus, if I remember correctly, the spelling 'lyn' in Welsh makes a name masculine (traditionally). Gwendolen would be the feminine spelling of the name.
My favorite Gwendolen combo is Gwendolen Eve.
