I found and liked this name a while ago and did some research...
I found that it was pronounced :
z eye AIN yuh (as in rain)
I didn't like it as much, but as it is a very uncommon name, you could pronounce it however you want. I think people at first glance would pronounce it ' z eye AHN yuh' (as in man)
