I know that my Great-Great Grandfather and Grandmother came from Prussia and was born 1812 and 1816 respectively. His name was Michael Griebeler and hers was Franziska Unknown. The closest I can find is Gorbor (English) for Griebeler and Frances (German) for Franziska. Any regions I should be looking to find where they may have come from. I have found a Gribeler Lake in Switzerland but no one with that name.
