[Opinions] Tiffany
What do you think of Tiffany for a girl? I know it's 80s dated but I think it's so much fun to say :PHave you met many?Do you see it as a trashy name? Low-class, tacky? Or more upper class?

I can't see how this name could ever be considered upperclass. The rise in popularity is due to Tiffany & Co. I lump it in with people from low socio-economic areas naming their children Lexus and the like.

I like it, but it sounds upper class trashy. The only person I know named Tiffany left a bad impression on me.

I actually really like this name. It sounds so whimsical and cheerful. (It's probably the Tiff- part.)[I can't believe that I like this name, but I do. It's completely unusable to me...]I haven't met one. I see it as a middle-class name... just normal.

Love it!I have only known 1 or 2. I love the name. I have it paired with one of my favorites as Linnaea Tiffany. It's the frilliest name on my list.

Tiffany is a huge gp of mine. You're so right about it being fun to say. I've only known one Tiffany in my life. I guess it reminds me a lot of Heather, a sort of middle-upper class name that pretty, popular girls have.

I really like it. Even though I was born in the 80s I only ever met one, a girl who was in my band class. She was a cheerleader too, but she was very sweet. It doesn't really belong to a "class" for me. I don't see it as tacky but I also don't see it as upper class.

This is my cousin's name and I don't mind it on her, but I feel the name is too dated. She's the youngest Tiffany I know and was born in 1992! It's not a bad name, though.

It's a pretty name and I like it, but I would never use it because it has such a very strong bimbo image. IT's very stereotypical. I don't see it as upper class at, which is why it seems so strange to me that Donald Trump's daughter is named Tiffany.

Donald Trump's daughter was just given a popular name of the times. Heaps of wealthy businessmen use plain/common/dated names. Bill Gates has a daughter named Jennifer. I was disappointed when I found out it wasn't something fancier!

I always though Tiffany Trump was such a cool name, though. I love it when the first name starts with the same letter as the last name. I think Ryan Reynolds is a pretty awesome names as well, or Robert Redford.I once read that Donald Trump named his daughter Tiffany because the jewelery shop made place for his Trump Tower. Not sure if that's true or not.I think Tiffany was an upper class name for like two or three years in the late 70s or early 80s and then picked up by the general population. I think it already sounded quite tacky when he names his daughter that, though. I think she was born in the 90s.

In grade school, I was good friends with a Tiffany. Though I liked her, I don't much care for the name. I would prefer something a bit "fresher."
